What I Offer
Leadership Coaching
Every coaching engagement is tailored to suit the unique needs of each leader. By holding the questions “Who do I want to be?” and “What do I want to create?” we begin to establish your goals, uncover your challenges, and understand the current context in which you are working. During our sessions, you may explore your growth edges, reflect on underlying structures of behaviours and limiting beliefs, and experiment with new ways of relating and understanding. Through this highly developmental process, new experiences of choice, perspectives, and agency emerge.
Coaching engagements can also include an assessment. Assessments, in partnership with one-on-one coaching, are a highly complementary and powerful combination. I work with the Leadership Circle Profile and Growth Edge Interview—contrasting yet equally insight-rich formats that reveal a leader’s operating system and the underlying structures that run their behaviour. Group Workshops
Group workshops are dynamic, high-engagement experiences. Simultaneously invigorating, challenging, and deeply practical, they are designed for teams striving for higher levels of connectivity and collective impact. Facilitated group work creates space for candid dialogue, fresh perspectives, and meaningful shifts in collective behaviour.
I work with teams to cultivate quality interactions and embody more effective ways to collaborate in service of shared goals. Through better communication and alignment, entire systems thrive. My facilitation and custom workshop design covers topics such as navigating complexity, conscious leadership, structured retrospectives for increased performance, and others topics, based on team and organization objectives.
Assessments
Assessments are a highly recommended addition to one-on-one coaching engagements. ‘What gets in my way?’ is answered by an assessment. ‘How will I get there?’ is the work we do in coaching. I work predominantly with two formats: the Leadership Circle Profile, and the Growth Edge Interview.
The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) is a true breakthrough among 360-degree profiles. It is the first to connect a well-researched battery of competencies with the underlying and motivating habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and internal assumptions that drive behaviour. Rigorously data-driven, the LCP presents a detailed snapshot illustrating how behaviours and mindsets are enabling or constraining purpose and business performance.
The Growth Edge Interview (GEI) is designed to reveal your current meaning or sense-making system. Through the exploration of stories and experiences that matter to you, we surface the developmental structures that shape your world view. A GEI explores the internal logic that shapes how you relate to ambiguity, authority, responsibility, identity, and success. This understanding enables coaching to work at deep levels and invites you to recognize both the strengths and limits of your current awareness, widening the possibility for new ways of perceiving, relating, and perspective taking.
